Dear %%First Name%% %%Last Name%%,
Our records indicate that you have not submitted all of your immunization requirements prior to the February 24 deadline. As a result, a “non-compliance immunization fee” will be posted to your Spring 2022 student bill on Thursday, Mar. 31. Continued non-compliance will result in your inability to register for fall 2022 classes. The fee is non-refundable and cannot be overturned even if you submit your documentation now. If you have an immunization registration hold, it will be removed when you complete all requirements.
Submit your immunization requirements as soon as possible through the MyCUHealth portal.
In order to complete these requirements, you must either submit proof of vaccination or an immunization exemption form online.
You can locate your outstanding immunization requirements:
Navigate to mycuhealth.colorado.edu, select the button for ‘Students & Graduate Students’, and sign in with your IdentiKey.
Click the ‘Immunizations’ button at the top of the portal. A drop down-menu will appear.
From the drop-down menu select ‘View History’. A new page will load showing your immunization submission history.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and view ‘Missing Immunizations’ and ‘Reason not Compliant’ next to each requirement.
Click the ‘Print’ icon to see a detailed catalog of all past submissions and potential reasons why the compliance element is missing.
If you have any questions, please contact the immunizations team by emailing immunizations@colorado.edu. For general inquiries about the process, please contact Buff Info at 303-492-INFO (4636) or via instant chat. The Buff Info staff are unable to remove holds but can answer general questions regarding the process. Due to high call volumes during course registration periods, the fastest response will be obtained by emailing immunizations@colorado.edu. Responses will generally be made within 3 business days.
Thank you and we wish you well for the remainder of your semester.
