New Course Proposal Form.  For brand new courses. you will need to see administrative assistant for course number.

Course Revision Form: Contact administrative assistant for editable PDF for specific course.  To change course description, title, correct errors/typos, update grading option, variable credit hours, etc. 

Cross-Listing Form. Include if course is being cross-listed with another department. We must get approval from other department, justify cross-listing, and make sure course number does not already exist in their department. 

In the case of a new or existing course, forms to nomination a course toward a Gen Ed Diversity component can be found at the same link the General Education process for new Arts & Sciences courses, (under Diversity Requirement). These can be filed separately, and are reviewed on a rolling basis by the college Curriculum Committee.
