German PhD student, Elisa Riga, was selected by the graduate school to receive a Graduate Part Time Instructor Appreciation Award for having risen to the challenges presented by teaching during the pandemic. Elisa has gone the extra way to make her course, "GRMN 1601: Germany Today,” a rewarding learning experience for her students and has met the challenges of the pandemic with a lot of creativity and motivation to create an open atmosphere of learning and a dynamic remote classroom. GSLL is happy to have such dedicated graduate teachers and we congratulate Elisa to this well-deserved award!
