Our Community

Welcome to Fraternity & Sorority Life, where camaraderie, leadership and lifelong friendships flourish. Our community consists of four councils united by shared values and a common purpose. Each member brings unique perspectives and talents, contributing to an environment that fosters personal growth, academic excellence and social responsibility. 

This council consists of nine National Panhellenic Conference sorority chapters and two associate sorority chapters. 

This council has 10 fraternity chapters that are affiliated with the university. 

This council is comprised of four fraternity chapters and five sorority chapters.  

NPHC chapters in Colorado are city wide and have provisional status to recruit students from our campus. 

Events 

Members of Fraternity & Sorority Life participate in time-honored traditions and events each academic year.  

  Homecoming 

During Homecoming, members of Fraternity & Sorority Life come together to celebrate school spirit, Buff pride and tradition. They participate in a variety of activities, including the Pearl Street Stampede, alumni events and more. 

  Philanthropy and Service 

Each chapter in Fraternity & Sorority Life supports a specific cause, such as cancer research, mental health or accessibility. They raise funds and awareness for their causes by organizing various events or participating in service hours each semester. 

  Greek Week 

During Greek Week, chapters engage in a week-long series of events that foster unity, friendly competition and community service, culminating in a grand celebration of Greek life. 

  Yardshow 

The annual Multicultural Greek Council Yardshow is an evening of electrifying performances as organizations proudly show off their step and stroll.
