Cary Ihme

Cary Ihme is the Program Director for Capital and Business Strategy Initiatives.  In this role, she is responsible for project management of strategic business initiatives on campus and serves as the liaison between executive leadership and project teams tasked with implementing the initiatives. 

Cary has worked for the University of Colorado since 2006 with prior roles as Executive Aide to the Chief Operating Officer for the Boulder campus and Director of Legal Operations for University Counsel.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and criminology from Metropolitan State University of Denver, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado Denver, and a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute. 

In her free time, you may find Cary enjoying the mountains of Colorado, or the sunshine and beaches of SW Florida.
