Emily Lynn named director of the Children’s Center

Brian Groves, assistant vice chancellor for auxiliary and business operations, announced Emily Lynn as the new director of the CU Children’s Center (CUCC), effective December 16.

Lynn began her career as a student employee at the Children’s Center more than fifteen years ago. Since then, she has held various roles within CUCC, including assistant teacher, lead teacher, curriculum manager/substitute director, interim director, and – following the arrival of her daughter – a CUCC parent.

The CU Children’s Center opened its doors in 1975 as a preschool. Today, the center provides quality care and early childhood education for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
