Kathryn Tisdale named chief of staff to the chief financial officer

Todd Haggerty, vice chancellor for Finance and Business Strategy (FBS), announced in an email to staff that Kathryn Tisdale will take on a new role as senior executive advisor, effective November 1, 2023.

“Over the past year I have come to know Kathryn as a trusted partner, an advocate for employee wellness, and a weirdly enthusiastic conga-line leader. In her new role, Kathryn will work closely with me and other FBS leaders on strategic campus priorities while also retaining responsibilities as our director of communications,” said Haggerty.

Kathryn began supporting Finance and Business Strategy with strategic initiatives and communications in January 2019 and began reporting to the CFO as director of communications in November 2021. She previously worked as the director of advising quality in the College of Arts and Sciences and the director of student services in the Division of Continuing Education. A first-generation student, Kathryn holds a master of arts in German from CU Boulder.
