Carla Ho’a, chief financial officer, announced that CU Boulder's Real Estate Services (RES) will join Finance and Business Strategy (FBS), effective September 1, 2022. Rebecca Fell will remain executive director of Real Estate Services and report to Derek Silva, associate vice chancellor for business strategy.
RES provides full-service real estate development and property management. This move helps align the services provided by RES with other strategic business functions on the campus.
"FBS is delighted to welcome Rebecca and the RES staff to our organization,” said Ho’a.
