Financial Futures will be led by a strategic transformation team as the initiative moves into the next phase of its existence. Financial Futures was launched in the fall of 2018 to help align campus resources with the university’s priorities and mission. The strategic transformation team is charged with ensuring Financial Futures projects are able to deliver on strategic goals set for campus via mission alignment, cost savings, cost avoidance, and/or revenue generation. More than 195 Financial Futures projects have been implemented since 2019.
