The University of Colorado Boulder is initiating a full redesign of the current campus budget model. A strategic alignment committee and a design committee representing constituencies from across campus will guide the creation of the new model. The undertaking will be a comprehensive rethinking of how the campus allocates its budget. The committees seek to collaboratively design a campus budget model that will provide enhanced incentives to support and reward growth in key areas, ensure transparency and accountability for the use and allocation of funding, and better align with CU Boulder's mission as a comprehensive public teaching and research institution.
