Victor Galotti

During his first year in the Ph.D. program, Victor worked on a research project sponsored by the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT). The goal of this project was to propose modulus values for the design of pavement rehabilitation projects based on Full Depth Reclamation (FDR). The results obtained from this study will enhance the Mechanistic-Empirical design of FDR base mixtures in Colorado.
