Eli Evers

Eli joined the PhD program in Construction Engineering and Management in fall of 2021 and graduated in fall 2024.
His research in the IRI group is focused on the life cycle cost analysis of pavement rehabilitation alternatives in Colorado. In addition to his work on pavement rehabilitation, Eli studied the interaction between transportation and power systems. Eli was co-advised by Prof. Cristina Torres-Machi and Prof. Kyri Baker.
Eli grew up in Sumner, Washington and moved to Golden, Colorado in 2016 to pursue his undergraduate, master and doctoral degrees in civil engineering. Eli is an avid sports fan, especially baseball and tennis, and loves attending games in his free time. He also enjoys hiking, playing tennis, and travelling.
