The minor provides courses that examine how race and the interrelated categories of ethnicity, gender, class, indigeneity and sexuality impact the lives of people in the United States and around the globe. Students who minor in Ethnic Studies must complete ETHN 2001: Foundations of Ethnic Studies, plus 15 additional credit hours, 9 of which must be at the upper-division (3000–4000) level.

  • Elective courses (15 credit hours, 9 of which must be upper-division 3000–4000)
