Aldama and Frederick Luis Aldama, eds, (The University of Arizona Press, 2020), was recently awarded runner up for best non-fiction by Empowering Latino Futures “ International Latino Book Awards ." The awards ceremony will be held virtually on October 16 and 17, 2021. Congratulations Arturo and Frederick!
