Goal 2: Colleges, schools, and support units will prioritize and invest in initiatives that address inequities in undergraduate, graduate and professional student achievement outcomes.

Action 1

Student Support Offices – such as Boettcher and Norlin Scholars; Education Abroad; International Student Academic Success; International Student and Scholar Services; Presidents Leadership Class; ROTC Air Force/Army/Navy; Student Academic Success Center; Top Scholarships; Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program; and The Writing Center – will address disparities in academic opportunities or enrichments for their eligible participants.

• Success takeaway: promoted cross-unit collaboration for holistic diversity, equity and inclusion impact.
  • Recommendation: Facilitate and structure ongoing collaborations between units, building on the successful community-building and camaraderie achieved this year.
