Goal 3: Academic and administrative units will collaborate to support community-building initiatives (existing and new), communicate the imperative of advancing diversity, equity and inclusion, and to enhance everyone’s sense of belonging.

Action 1

Create safe environments for underrepresented populations to be treated equitably and to be successful in their work, interrogate potential alienation experiences and change systems that inhibit community building.
