Build a training program to target faculty as mentors to better serve and retain graduate students, including developing inclusive mentoring competency.

Participants in the Graduate School’s expanded peer-mentoring program will work together to build workshops to raise awareness about CU resources and increase knowledge of diversity, equity, access and inclusion at CU Boulder.
