Create a sport supervisor and coach education process for all coaches and sport supervisors to complete annually, before coach openings.

Embed required diversity, equity and inclusion competencies into job descriptions and contracts for coaches and administrators as an additional measure of accountability and expected practices within the Athletics culture.

Enhance the year-end student survey by embedding intentional diversity, equity and inclusion questions to assess culture, belonging and student-athlete experiences.
