(Native) Grounding
In many Indigenous Tribal Nations, staying connected to the earth, plants, animals, each other and our inner selves is a central part of life. One way people practice this connection is through breathwork, meditation or grounding. Grounding helps us use the energy around and inside us to find physical and mental balance and stay focused.
We invite you to join our weekly grounding sessions designed to help students start their week feeling refreshed and supported. These friendly, short sessions are about finding positive energy and setting a peaceful, happy tone for the days ahead. All are welcome!
