Design the 2026 Latiné Heritage Month T‑Shirt

The Center for Cultural Connections & Community invites students to submit original artwork for the official 2026 Latiné Heritage Month T‑shirt. 

This annual tradition celebrates the creativity, identity and diversity of our Latiné comunidad. The selected design will be featured on the back of the Vamos Búfalos shirt distributed during Latiné Heritage Month events from Sept. 15–Oct. 15, 2026.

Design Criteria

Artwork will be printed on the back of the shirt only. To ensure the selected artwork can be printed successfully, all designs must meet the following specifications. 

Note: Student Life Communication & Marketing may make minor adjustments to the final artwork to meet printer requirements and university brand guidelines. 

T‑Shirt Color Options

Designs must work on one of the following shirt colors:

  • Black 
  • White 
  • Cream 
  • Tan 
  • Gold 
  • Gray (any shade) 
Imprint Colors

Designs may use up to two imprint colors. At least one color must be:

  • Black 
  • White 
  • Cream
  • Tan 
  • Gold 
  • Gray
File Types

Vector files are preferred. Accepted formats:

  • AI
  • EPS
  • PDF 

How to Submit Your Artwork

Submission deadline: April 15, 2026 

Please include: 

  • Your design file 
  • A brief description (optional) 
  • Your name, major or program and contact information
