CU Engage is the Center for Community-Based Learning and Research at the University of Colorado Boulder. We offer a variety of compelling academic programs to university students and local high school students. In this online Open House, we will describe programs such as Aquetza, a free, one-week summer residential program on campus that engages high school students in the study of Chicano/Latino history and literature. Public Achievement is an undergraduate course and program that places k-12 students and community in the center of public life, where they address social issues that they identify are important to them. And INVST is a two-year program for CU students focused on eco-social justice and community leadership.
