CBR ShowcaseFive CU Boulder graduate students from diverse academic disciplines will be presenting their community-engaged research on May 7 from 4:00-5:30pm at CU Engage's annual CBR Showcase in the School of Education room 231.

The 2018 CBR Showcase will begin with a brief program and then include time to learn about the projects and mingle with other people interested in community-based and collaborative forms of research and creative work.

CU Engage faculty director and CBR Fellow advisor Ben Kirshner says, "The CBR Showcase will be a great opportunity to learn more about what community-based research is, to hear directly from this year's cohort of Fellows about their specific projects, and connect with other people at CU Boulder who are interested in conducting engaged scholarship."

The 2017-18 cohort of CBR Fellows includes PhD students from the disciplines of Education (Brian Lightfoot), Engineering (Aaron Lamplugh), Ethnic Studies (Wayne Freeman), Geography (Shae Frydenlund), Theatre & Dance (Erin Kaplan).
