INVST Community Studies, CU Engage, and the School of Education are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Dr. Seana Lowe Steffen. Dr. Steffen was the Director of INVST Community Studies, a CU leadership training program focused on social justice, from 1993-2006.
A visionary leader who helped grow and sustain the program, Seana was an influential teacher and mentor to scores of students and built lasting partnerships between the University of Colorado Boulder and organizations in Boulder and along the Front Range. We express our heartfelt condolences to Dr. Steffen’s family.
