The CU Dialogues Program hosts a “Dialogue Facilitation Apprenticeship” (when funding allows). This program provides a fellowship stipend for a group of apprentices who:

  • attend and observe classroom dialogues and debrief with the facilitator afterwards;

  • serve as a “debriefing partner” on 2-3 occasions over the semester, which involves debriefing after a dialogue someone else has facilitated;

  • facilitate or co-facilitate between 2-4 dialogues, depending on schedule availability;

  • provide a written reflection after each dialogue facilitated;

  • participate in reflection on the apprenticeship experience.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact Dr. Karen Ramirez (CU Dialogue Program Director) at or 303-492-3275.
