Hao Fu

I am a PhD candidate, currently working on atmospheric convection which is a fascinating multiscale fluid system: a tropical cyclone contains multiple clouds, and a cloud contains multiple thermals. I am particularly interested in applying the thinking of statistical physics to study the collective behavior of clouds and vortices.
