Film Buff at Work

Lee Rase (Film’00) has worked at Pixar since 2005 on animated films such as Wall-E, Up and Monsters University. As Pixar’s feature relations manager, Rase serves as the liaison between the production team and the support teams, which include those working on consumer products, marketing, interactive publishing, creative services, DVD promotions and theme parks. While working on Monsters University, she obtained necessary information for the movie’s marketers, such as getting character details for toy makers and obtaining special character poses for billboards promoting the movie.
