CU Homecoming 2016 is Thursday, Oct. 13 to Saturday, Oct. 15. Alongside the many university events, the College of Media, Communication and Information will be hosting several Homecoming events.
Oct. 14: "Putting the Watchdog to Sleep" – A public lecture by former Denver Post Editor-in-Chief Greg Moore. (Free registration required.)
Oct. 14: Ignite CMCI – Thought-provoking, high energy five-minute presentations from nine CMCI faculty members. (Free registration required.)
Oct. 14-15: Colloquium on Critical Media Practice – Through workshops, screenings, presentations and panel discussions, this colloquium will investigate the increasing overlap between art, engagement and nonfiction in the current technological landscape.
