Greg Abrell

The Lullaby Project is so cool to me because it's such a great opportunity to combine artistry and service in a direct and personal way. I hope I can contribute something meaningful and potentially long-lasting to the lives of others, and I'm certain I will gain new perspectives and purpose in my own practice. I also think it's a great model for other creative ways in which musicians like myself might be able to serve their communities.

Greg Abrell, violinist, composer, adventurer! Abrell is a Teaching Artist at the Denver School of the Arts, where he teaches chamber music, orchestral sectionals, and modern musicianship skills. He completed his undergraduate studies at Longy School of Music and is currently pursuing a master's degree in violin performance at the University of Colorado Boulder. Abrell was recently selected to be Composer in Residence for chamber music organization Lyrica Boston.
