  1. Ticket sales: 133 sold, 42 redeemed w/promo codes 
  1. What to wear: 

Dress nicely; this is a business casual event, no jeans, no sneakers 

  1. Nice top/button down and slacks/longer skirts, similar to ceremony attire 
  1. Comfortable shoes 
  1. Keep in mind we will be doing lots of walking and standing, so functional but professional 
  1. Wear your nametag.

  1. Did they email to request a couple of funding moves in the Auction Festival budget and also ask for additional funding in the amount of $ 154.38 to have enough funds to pay the Program Council invoice?

  1. On time for the most part 
  1. Checking in people! 
  1. Very crowded, maybe even lower attendance due to weather 
  1. Confusion over what lines were for what booth 
  1. Space was hard for performances, especially for audience to see 
  1. Could navigate to space well 
  1. Signs in parking garage, outside, video on social media 
  1. Some booths of food ran out very quick 
  1. Good sample size portions, “taster” styles made it easy to try ever table 

Content 

  1. Everyone still enjoyed event even though there was no headliner 
  1. Some performances were very long, audience got bored 
  1. Trifolds at booths were good 
  1. Games/activities were relevant 
  1. Performers were relevant and good 

Future Notes 

  1. Maybe add a time limit to performances 
  1. For this scale of this event, do not use Byron White or a space similar in size

  1. Requesting an additional $267.89 in Parts/Materials/Supplies for food warmers and painters tape 
  1. $398.01 decrease in Venue Quote 
  1. “buyout fee for one of the caterers was less than the original amount” 
  1. Reallocation of $267.89 approved by chair.
