Third Funding Cycle 

CU Boulder Asian Studies Graduate Association (CUBASGA)- “CUBASGA Annual Conference 2025” on Feb. 22nd and 23rd  from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM at Norlin Library British and Irish Room

  1. They are asking for 6 parking spots for Saturday, and 6 for Sunday 
  1. Here is a quote she was able to get us  
  1. $60 for parking – reallocation from ground transportation line item approved by chair 2.17.25 
  1. If parking is approved, they can purchase by make a request via BuffConnect or be reimbursed as a faster option

Post-Event Review

  1. Did see a lot of posters around campus 
  1. Only 1 post on org’s social media

  1. Started ½ hour late, maybe waiting for more attendees 
  1. 23 people total (including CEB and performers) 
  1. Did not have attendees from the broader CU community 
  1. Cold weather may have contributed to this 
  1. Events are getting smaller throughout the years 
  1. Org members did not staff event after performers began 
  1. Content 
  1. Performers were good 
  1. Jules talked a little bit about background, but not much cultural talk 
  1. Did not see post event survey/check-in 
  1. Martial arts group talked about origin/cultural relevance 
  1. Things to keep in mind for future events like this one (concert-like events): - Alexis 

Future Notes 

  1. Being intentional about day of event (ex. Saturdays are hard for attendees to come) 
  1. Lacked cultural education aspect for headliners
