  • Hindu YUVA - “Ganesh Festival” on September 7th from 5:00-8:00PM on Farrand Field

  • Org had been not responding to emails from Aneesh and Allie
  • They were given the option to delay their event by three weeks, and they opted to not do this
  • Instead, they decided to cancel their event for the semester
  • In the future, a conversation will be held with the org regarding their required responsibilities relating to getting funding for their event.

  • As a general note: I would like to stress the importance of fiscal responsibility, particularly when it comes to funding student orgs
  • We don’t need to drastically cut, but we should be mindful of what we are funding and why

  • Hanna – would you by chance have time to make a small thing of handbills that just have all of the funding cycle deadlines for us to pass out to orgs at the BIF? This is a super fast turnaround bc we’d need them by tmw to get them printed, so pls just lmk if you have the capacity!

  • Still working on getting logos transferred because my computer nearly blew up while doing it, so please refer to the google drive to retrieve logos
  • The post event survey can be found in OneDrive, however it is just a link to the google one because I am still receiving errors when trying to create the old one
