          1. Aneesh had a meeting with them and explained that they cannot sell anything at the event. They can buy the products, send us a quote and give them out. If that doesn’t work the vendors can just explain what they sell.

          2. Also will email them as a check in to make sure that they know what’s expected

      1. Can we have any event that signifies graduation celebration that recognizes their accomplishments and provides an opportunity for them to celebrate with their classmates, faculty and staff ?-  since we are near to the Graduation.

        1. Affinity graduations already exist if that is what you are referring to and anyone can correct me if I am wrong but PC is our last event of the semester since finals are creeping up -Taylor

      2. Or maybe each of the board can actually celebrate their graduate students who will no longer be part of the board because of graduation. A kind of celebrating their contribution. 

      3. Are we planning for the sustainable fashion show at the start of the Fall 2023? Do we need any help with the orgs or persons who can deliver the talk in a sustainable fashion? Are we planning to involve Ecenter as well in this? Will it be a kind of fair, where we can ask orgs/ eco-friendly sustainable companies to table and explain about their products and how they are helping the environment?
