No food/outside catering or exchange of cash on site
RSOs
No specific reason to bring in RSOs?
Who do we bring and how do we avoid issues
So what I’m hearing is no RSOs
Working with RAP Lab/CAAAS
Have them table and potentially do a ~15 min presentation between N and C
Also received their slides earlier today
I’ve translated the slides, but not the videos
What shall we do about the overspending in line item(s) now that their event is over?
Originally approved for $1,597.87 for food and $684.35 for room reservation
Actually spent $1,745.65 for food and $526.44 for room reservation
Still underspent in total, but never asked for a reallocation
Reallocating $147.78 from “Venue” towards “Food” - approved by Teagan

Did we email TedXCU about their advertising and let them know they need the full ASL logo?
Yes, said they would send an updated one later today
Response about ticketing
Question has been brought up a few times to past CEB boards
Money from ticketing at our main event goes to pay for all of our other expenses the following year
Food, website, workshops, gifts, merch
Want to do some advertising with CEB
CEB needs to reserve tickets as well so we can go to the event.
If they were to charge:
Because they funded a single line item that totals $10k or more, then the event is considered a collaboration & CEB is entitled to the profits (up until how much the event was funded so $20k+)
RSOs are not allowed to fundraise for themselves at CEB sponsored events
Student tickets need to be prioritized and that is not shown on the eventbrite and/or the Board does not know what this breakdown is allocated for on the event brite
Just because they “have done this in the past” does not mean that it should surpass right now
