          1. Maybe having issues with funding, seems like CSI is a little behind or maybe that Breaking Club is not being good at communication.

          2. I have not received an updated contract for their performer - Alexis/CSI finance?

            1. We approved their $8,000.00, as a reminder.

          3. Did not receive further information on where they will be receiving other funding for their event from

          4. Spending less money on security than expected and would like to reallocate remainder of funds to waste management services (ie. “paying for the garbage cans and disposing of waste properly”)

            1. Originally allocated $1,903.92 for security 

            2. New security cost is ~$600

            3. Would like to reallocate $1,303.92 from security to a new section of funding for waste management from the environmental center

              1. Need $47.50 in actuality

              2. Chair approves $47.50

        3. Probation discussion

            1. Hillel is being both disorganized and unprofessional with communications

            1. Initial emails when they need something are professional, but follow ups are often witty and/or written in bad faith.

            2. Emails from us going to them are always focused and intended to help them improve their event

            3. Worthy of a discussion on probation - maybe a discussion with the org would be a good idea first

            1. A discussion on probation is seriously warranted as their leadership has been disrespectful and unorganized in almost all of their communications with us.

          4. General Discussion

            1. Many organizations have become a lot more entitled with what they feel they deserve from CEB and CSI.

      9. Nepalese Student Association “Nepal Night: Expedition to the Himalayas,” April 15th, 2022, 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Williams Village Multipurpose Room

          1. Downsizing the food budget

            1. People won’t want dinner at 8:30 p.m. 

            2. They currently have enough to feed over 250 people

          2. Additional $4,000 needed for PC

            1. Added 16x24 foot staging

            2. Motion to approve $4,000.00 in additional funding for Program Council costs.

      1. Read through bylaws during the probation discussion

        1. I do feel that there should be some way for a board member to motion for probation

          1. We can work out how to best go about this, but I think it’s important especially in regards to what we’ve seen recently.

        2. There’s also been a few things that we’ve talked about amending or adding to our bylaws. So, in preparation of our annual bylaw review (fun!) I’ll create a shared document where members will be able to suggest amendments or additions to the bylaws
