      2. TEDxCU “Bounce,” March 15th, 12:00 PM - Maya and Cynthia 

        1. Update: Check out the poster they sent over, they also sent a detailed marketing timeline which was nice

        2. Tenzin is a great communicator of the timeline for the event

    3. RN Event

      1. Logistics

        1. From the inside perspective, the event ran very smoothly. Pretty straight forward

          1. Sound check was very helpful 

          2. The team was clear about when to start

        2. From the outside perspective, it went smoothly. It started to relatively on time and the sound and quality was top tier

        3. Being in the office with other people made it much more enjoyable

          1. The camera effects were so good, we doubted if it was live or not. 

      2. Future Thoughts

        1. Return to postering on campus because students have come back (classes, first year move-in)

          1. Sent over an email to approve for a virtual screen poster as well. 

          2. Buff bus advertisement as well. 

        2. Have a set list approved beforehand, if another concert event occurs

        3. More concert events in general

        3. Consider speakers/performers might not want to do live events in the Fall

    1. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Awards are now live until March 31st! You can nominate a graduate student and graduate students can also nominate themselves. Comes with a $100 award.
