    1. Update: Advertisements are going out. Drive in portion at St. Aidens or Zoom option. Ask Tania for the registration link.

  1. Third Funding Cycle

    1. Vietnamese Student Association “Lunar New Year Show” February 20th, 7:30 PM - Chidera & Teagan

      1. Advertising

        1. Extensive Instagram advertising

        2. Would have liked more communication between the organization and liaisons 

        3. Getting advertising approved faster

        4. Aesthetically-pleasing advertising with high quality images- put in time and effort

      2. Logistics

        1. Started a little late

        2. Did a run through in the morning- great idea

        3. Minor glitches, of course

        4. Attendance was great, 95-100 people + around 30 people watching over Facebook

      3. Content

        1. Theme of the night was speaking about the “child of immigrants” perspective, particularly those who want to pursue careers outside arts/sciences

        2. Array of modern and more traditional performances

      4. Future Thoughts

        1. Get the advertising to us sooner rather than later

        2. This format works for both virtual and in-person platforms

    1. The University of Colorado Boulder encourages nominations and applications for the inaugural position of Senior Vice Chancellor for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Please forward the job page to your networks and encourage qualified candidates to apply!

      1. Commitment from the provost office for 100,000 dollars

      2. Matching up to 50,000 dollars for any funds raised. 

      3. Will meet on Wednesday to confirm sustained funds.

      1. Raised over 2000 dollars for the Fresh Prints fundraiser

    1. Updating the website with events and the minutes.
