          3. They also had SASA help promote their event.

          4. Shared Case with SASA

          5. Usually advertises like crazy

        3. Content:

          1. The performer and their headliner were both good representation of Middle Eastern culture. It would have been nice if Nura spoke on stage rather than on the side so, everyone could see her. Also, if they had a rehearsal beforehand where she could have practiced her speech, just because based on what I saw, she wasn’t the strongest public speaker. She still had a very amazing story, and the Q&A portion was very interesting.

          2. She was not the best public speaker. Her answers to questions were very short and not well thought out.

          3. There was a lot of models and the line to get into the event was pretty long. People seemed eager to go. It was a full house when I looked in.

          4. MONICA DID AN AMAZING JOB!!!!!

        4. Logistics:

          1. The event was a lot shorter and smaller than their Middle Eastern Night, but I thought it was pretty successful. There were a good amount of community members there based on what I saw, a lot of kids.

          2. They did not promote the online survey during the event, but they will be sending an email out and advertising the survey on their social media.

          3. They treated us like royalty!

          4. Majority students, lots of community though

          5. Better turnout to this event than the Fall show

            1. Would fund Spring event than Fall if there had to be a choice

        5. Future:

          1. Have people take the CEB survey during the event

          2. Research speakers who are more eloquent at speaking, or have more public speaking experience.

    1. Talk to the College of musicology and they wanted some help of getting the word out about the event.

    2. List of advice I gave was to send post via email to departments, talk about it in his classes, tell all of his friends to spread the word about it, and make sure you get faculty and staff to know about it and tell their students.

    3. This is something we can do for all orgs if they ask for some help

    4. Talked to Victoria! She gave me insight on the surveys- she helped me come to the conclusion that online surveys are not working up to the potential I hoped, and there are benefits to paper surveys, but because they are so tedious I want to work with coming up with an idea on figuring out how to make online surveys work for everyone: she gave me some ideas- Victoria, if you would like you can explain some of your ideas. As for the future Student Outreach Coordinator, this is something I think we should continue working on to improve for both the ceb members and liaisons, and the organizations we work with.

    5. Thank you everyone who attended events this weekend, I know we were busy so thank you so much for putting your time and effort into CEB!

    6. We have many events coming up- so while the semester is winding down and school work is in full gear please look at these events as something fun to do and not an obligation for CEB- ask some people in ceb to come with you to an event and get to know each other- I had a great time at SASA and learned that Maya is a day older than me!! Please make a point to get to know each other as we have a great group of people on the board!
