    7. Speakers Coordinator

      1. Met with VD Q&A subcommittee this past Friday to go over questions that will be asked during the event.

        1. For those of  you who couldn't attend, here are the questions that have been discussed so far.

          1. Layout is still in its rough stages: A Lot of the questions will be accompanied with either a visual aid of an image or a quote alongside the image to help compress the idea of the question, but the ACTUAL QUESTION is listed in the “notes” section of each slide to look over. Red background questions are ones we didn’t really think added to the discussion.

          2. At the meeting we discussed taking out repetitive questions and questions that may be too vague.

          3. Our focus was to keep the questions in a good flow starting from her acting life, entertainment, activism, then family and future thoughts and goals.

      2. Will be meeting again this Friday 3-4pm in UMC 415, so please be present even if for only 15 minutes or so. It looked really bad that there was no CEB representation at this meeting since we are the bigger funding source and it really doesn’t translate well on a board of 20+ people to have one person present as opposed to a board of 10 or so having more than half of their board there.

        1. I know it was brought up for all, that you could also contribute through the docs, but being able to come in person looks better when collaborating with orgs such as DSB.

        2. For those of you who are thinking of interviewing TB, this would be something really important to attend and be immersed in not just for general knowledge of how Macky interviews go, but will also showcase your desire to really want to do this.

      3. Will be sending out emails to people interested in SC position as well as interviewing TB soon. As reiterated from last meetings minutes, I’m still trying to write out a concise explanation for each role, so bare with me. Also, the more questions you ask me, the better!

      4. IC was super bummed that the weather didn’t pan out in our favor and wants to return back to campus soon! What are all of your thoughts? April event?

        1. She had a great amount of students reach out to her personally about how they loved an alum coming and talking about such a highly debated topic in our social/political sphere right now.

        2. Said she’d be super flexible in working with our schedule and venue schedule, so do you yay or nay an April event with her as well?

          1. IC was super honored to be featured with such women as VD and TB, so she’d really like to come to campus in April

      5. Currently sorting out speakers and topics discussed from retreat, so will be handing it off to future SC to help go through in the Summer and after elections.

    8. Assistant Speakers Coordinator

      1. Widows screening TOMORROW! Plan on being there! 7-9 in CHEM 140
