  • COLORADO CENTER FOR ASTRODYNAMICS RESEARCH

Dr. Tejaswi Shinde is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Colorado with a research focus on spacecraft charging and its implications in various plasma environments. Her expertise lies in numerical simulations and modeling spacecraft-environment interactions in various plasma environments. Prior to this, she completed her PhD at the University of Sydney, where her work explored the impact of electric thrusters on spacecraft charging in the solar wind, Jovian magnetosphere, and low Earth orbit. Dr. Shinde has extensively utilized SPIS software in her research and aims to advance technologies like touchless charge control for neighboring spacecraft in geostationary and cislunar space. Her work contributes to improving spacecraft design and ensuring mission safety in challenging plasma environments.
