Ending the Gap in the Finance Program

The Women in Finance Club is an undergraduate student organization at the Leeds School of Business. Our membership includes freshmen through seniors pursuing a wide range of academic disciplines.

Why Join?

The Leeds “End the Gap” initiative was launched in 2017 which aims to empower women to succeed through critical programming, workshops and forums. Women continue to comprise approximately 20% of finance graduates – a statistic that has remained nearly constant since the 1980’s. Through the Women in Finance club, we hope to support women pursuing a career in finance with valuable resources and a strong network of advocates

The club is designed to leverage the mentorship, leadership and expertise of women in the finance field for currently enrolled students in Leeds finance programs. Our goal is to  encourage more women to consider the finance field and to find successful and fulfilling careers in the industry.
