Post-Bac Professional Degree Program for Pre-Health, Pre-Med, and Science Majors

medical lab scientist program

Our program at the Colorado Center for Medical Laboratory Science is the largest provider of post-bachelor degree training in medical laboratory science in the region. We have been serving our community of Denver and the Rocky Mountains for over 55 years.  Our program begins this year on June 9th, 2021 and is eleven months in length. Graduation from our program results in eligibility to sit for national certification through the American Society for Clinical Pathology. Graduates are then qualified to work in the nation’s clinical, molecular, and microbiology laboratories located in hospitals and reference sites.

See more information here: www.msudenver.edu/ccmls

Please share information about our program in medical laboratory science with any of your students who may be interested in a career in laboratory science and healthcare. The MLS career can also serve as a wonderful steppingstone for those interested in pursuing medicine and other graduate programs in the health sciences. If you have seniors interested in medical laboratory science, now is an excellent time for them to start their application. We will continue our interview cycle later this February.
