Career chats with a psychologist from the U.S. Department of the Interior
Landon Mock is a CU Boulder graduate, and he currently serves as senior personnel research psychologist with the U.S. Department of the Interior in Washington, D.C. In this role, he oversees the program areas of job analysis, assessment and selection of new employees, and employee experience research across the Department and its bureaus (e.g., National Park Service, U.S. Geological Survey). After graduating from CU, Landon spent a year gaining research experience with the University of Florida’s social psychology department before earning his Master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology at George Mason University.
