Miami University, OH is now accepting application for 2 biology master's program
Because you’re in the Denver area, we want to let you know about the Advanced Inquiry Program (AIP), an affordable master’s program that combines web instruction from Miami University with place-based experiences provided through the Denver Zoological Foundation, one of several AIP Master Institutions in Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Denver, Jacksonville, New York City, San Diego, Seattle, and St. Louis. The 2021 application is now open at http://AIP.MiamiOH.edu, and we hope you might consider distributing the information below to teachers, administrators, staff members, and any others in your school or district you think might be interested. We can also provide an electronic flier to post or distribute; please let me know if you would like a copy.
In the Advanced Inquiry Program from Miami University’s Project Dragonfly, students join a growing network of conservation leaders while gaining unprecedented opportunities not found in more traditional master’s programs. Online, at the Denver Zoological Foundation, and in their own backyards and neighborhoods, each student creates and engages in projects that affect positive social and ecological change to improve their communities, the environment, and the human condition.
Applications are being accepted until February 28 at http://AIP.MiamiOH.edu. Courses begin in May 2021.
To support involvement by a broad range of professionals, Miami University discounts tuition for participants accepted to AIP graduate courses. Enrollment is open to applicants with a bachelor’s degree, regardless of academic major or profession.
Applicants may contact the AIP Coordinator at the Denver Zoological Foundation, Molly Maloy, at mmaloy@denverzoo.org.

Interested in a global classroom? Miami’s Project Dragonfly also offers global field courses, which can build toward the AIP master’s degree. Earth Expeditions are study abroad courses that take place online and in Africa, Australia, Asia and the Americas. Earth Expeditions courses can be taken as stand-alone graduate credit, or they can build toward the Global Field Program (GFP) master's degree. The GFP combines summer field courses worldwide with web learning communities, and students can complete the GFP master's part-time from anywhere in the United States or abroad. http://EarthExpeditions.MiamiOH.edu; http://GFP.MiamiOH.edu
