A panel of LGBTQ-friendly employers will share what they wish they would’ve known as a student navigating the job search process. They’ll address the following questions -
- Will being out in the workplace hurt my prospects?
- What things should I be considering when searching for LGBTQ-friendly employers?
- How do I find community in my work environment?
After the panel presentation, meet local companies with active LGBTQ resource groups. Learn about their company cultures, possible job openings, and inclusivity practices and policies. Start building your professional network of contacts!
Companies attending: S&P Global, EY, Newmont, UPS, KPMG, Charles Schwab, Willis Tower Watson, Northwestern Mutual, Medtronic, RingCentral, CenturyLink, 2U, SDL, iAmClinic, Zayo.
This event is intentionally smaller to create a safer environment to connect with others.
