Meet our current 2023-26 teams
The two teams participating in the 2023-26 ASSETT innovation incubator were selected by a committee of A&S undergraduate students, faculty, and staff. The Incubator will support their projects while in the early stages of growth, providing key resources to participating teams, and guiding them through a design process grounded in self-reflection and empathy.
The GUT-C (Give Us the Camera) is a mentoring initiative for underrepresented students in the media arts field that addresses inequality at the student level through community building, technical workshops, and professional development opportunities. Funding and human resource support from the Innovation Incubator enables GUT-C to develop its technical training, mutual aid, and mentorship model.

The Developing Virtual Laboratories is developing virtual laboratories that simulate scientific experiments using interactive computer applications which will allow students to perform activities and actions that mimic working in a physical laboratory.
