Mr. David Hageman, a local firefighter for the Erie Mountain View Fire Protection and Rescue, was the guest speaker at the Army ROTC’s PT session on Friday, September 16, 2022.
His presentation focused on individual performance improvement and goal setting. Students were given tools for athletic performance, mental confidence and long-term success.
