Welcome to one of the most respected ROTC programs in the United States, the University of Colorado Boulder’s Golden Buffalo Battalion!

Our Military Science Department invites you to enroll in our exciting program and be a part of our proud AROTC tradition that dates back to 1918. Our program focuses on attracting top quality Scholar-Athlete-Leaders from here on campus as well as from high schools, partnership, and affiliate colleges throughout the Denver Metro area. Our Cadets consistently rank as Distinguished Military Graduates in the top 20% in the nation.

Our Cadet corps averages 150 to 200 Cadets, which leads to a tight-knit, highly functional group.

95% of our seniors get their first branch choice when they commission into the Army.
