The second lab session of the fall semester consisted of team building and trust exercises as well as doing a mini-Murph workout.

All 91 Cadets in Alpha Company converged onto the lower practice fields to conduct all lab activities. The Cadets broke up into their small unit tactics or team-building squads and began with going through several team building and trust type exercises. Including blind-folding one Cadet and having the remaining Cadets guide by voice commands on how to make it through the land-mine maze (aka orange mini plastic disc field cones).

The second half of the lab was filled with a squad level competition to help with esprit-de-corps. The Cadets were challenged to complete 5 100-yard sprints, 50 push-ups, 100 air-squats and 50 burpees. The Cadets remained in their team-building squads to complete this task. All the while cheering-on and motivating each other to complete the task set out in front of them.
