My research focuses on the characterization of exoplanet atmospheres primarily through transmission spectroscopy. I use a combination of ground- and space-based instruments to explore the atmospheric composition of a range of planets. In particular, I am interested in the study of hot Jupiters: gas giant planets in very close proximity to their host stars. I have also done some work on studying the effects of stellar activity on exoplanet transit signals.
