Bethany Ehlmann

My research focuses on remote sensing techniques and instruments, the mineralogy and chemistry of planetary surfaces, and astrobiology. Most of my group's work relates to understanding water in the solar system and the evolution of Mars and other habitable worlds by data from spacecraft missions. My group and I are active participants in NASA planetary missions and also work on laboratory, field, and space-based studies of geology on Earth using spectroscopic techniques.
